I’m a closet archeologist. When National Geographic has an article on early humans, when PBS is digging up pottery shards and bones, I’m right in the front row. I think it is amazing what we can learn from the bones of a thousand-year-old child … Oh. A child. That means a weeping mother once asked why, never dreaming that the answer could be knowledge for the future. When I ask my whys, can I trust God to have answers I can’t possibly, in this time, comprehend?
