TAPIOCA ANYONE? – Many years ago when Sister Claire was in elementary school, she and her brother decided to make some tapioca pudding. Neither Claire nor her brother had much experience with cooking since their parents always did the cooking for the family. But what could go wrong if they followed a recipe very closely to prepare the pudding. After the pudding was finished, it appeared to be perfect and looked to be delicious. Upon sampling it, however, Claire was simply shocked because the finished product was extremely salty. When she and her brother reviewed the recipe for the tapioca pudding, they discovered that the recipe asked for 1/8 teaspoon of salt and not the 8 teaspoons that Claire had added.
